Joe The message says " 'm sending this little video for all victims of the earthquake in Japan " and continues " my thoughts and prayers are with you and with all who have lost loved ones: I'm sorry and I pray for you every day . " His brother Nick has also expressed his regret. Even the troubled Charlie Sheen has rallied to the cause.
